Michael Bolton Puts Symphonic Spin On His Classic Hits; Hits Aussie Roads This June

Multi-awarded crooner Michael Bolton will "go the distance" this June, flying down under with his 'Symphony Tour'. He will be landing at the Gold Coast's The Star then to Hamer Hall in Melbourne before heading to the State Theatre in Sydney for a pair of shows. The Perth Concert Hall will host the final show. Apart from the Oz dates, Michael has also locked in an exclusive NZ show, happening at The Civic in Auckland.

Who hasn’t been captivated by the sweet lyrics of ‘How Am I Supposed To Live Without You’ or touched by the impassioned words of ‘Said I Love You...But I Lied’? They’re just but two of Michael’s signature hits that have soundtracked the lives of so many a love story. His upcoming Australian tour will see him sing not just these two but also all his well-loved classics like ‘When A Man Loves A Woman’, ‘To Love Somebody’ and ‘How Can We Be Lovers’ as well as the singles he has written for other artists such as ‘I Found Someone’ (written for Laura Branigan) and ‘We’re Not Makin’ Love Anymore’ (recorded by Barbra Streisand) among others. What more, he will be putting a symphonic spin on all these hits that’ll surely add even more romantic grandeur to each show.

Joining him as special guest will be Aussie chanteuse Silvie Paladino. Silvie’s musical talent has taken her throughout the USA, Asia, and London’s West End. Her honey voice will provide the perfect complement to Michael’s otherwise intense vocals.

Michael broke into the scene in the mid-1970s with his prominent husky and passionately powerful voice. His covers of ‘Georgia On My Mind’, ‘When a Man Loves a Woman’ and ‘(Sittin' On) The Dock of the Bay’ allowed him to bask in more success in the late '80s to early '90s. So far, he holds two Grammy Awards and several American Music Awards under his belt. Apart from being a musician, Michael is also known for his charity works. In fact, he founded The Michael Bolton Foundation (now The Michael Bolton Charities) in 1993 to help women and children who are at high risk of being abused.

Book your tickets now and tickle your hearts (and ears) with Michael Bolton’s romantic ballads!
