The full line-up for the Brunswick Music Festival - celebrating its twenty-fifth year in 2013 - has just been announced.
Held over two weeks and across five venues, the Brunswick Music Festival promises to be an eclectic program of folk and acoustic/roots music, and is the only urban festival of its kind in Australia.
For their twenty-fifth year, they are staging a ‘mini-retrospective’ of some of their favourite artists from that first festival, welcoming back guests like Andy Irvine (who performs with fellow Irish folk legend Paul Brady), Apodimi Compania, and the Purple Dentists, the underground Brunswick legends of the 1980s. These artists, along with a slew of others, join already-announced acts like Seth Lakeman and the London Klezmer Quartet.
The 2013 progam is full of artists who have a habit of performing to sold-out venues, so visit http://www.brunswickmusicfestival.com.au/ for more details and to ensure you don’t miss out on being part of another memorable and successful festival.
